I had the pleasure of working with Mike Castro and Alex Castro recently and I have to say it was a great experience! Had a great experience with our sales person, Yousef Mahmoud. We had been looking for a 2023 Sierra 1500 for quite some time and Yousef was able to find us a vehicle in transit that met our criteria. He was very responsive and easy to work with. I was able to send him all the necessary paperwork through email and was able to secure the vehicle without having to come in until the vehicle arrived. With young children at home, this made the process super simple. He also gave off great vibes and never rubbed me the wrong way as some typical “car salesmen” do. I really appreciated working with him.
