Our transmissions went out in our 2016 Yukon Denali. Originally our extended warranty company denied the claim. Rob Venero went above and beyond to contact them directly and tell them this should be covered. He provided them with the information to get it approved. I seriously wasn’t sure what we were going to do as the cost of a new transmission is extremely expensive. Rob is amazing! I know he has his customers back always! Thanks Rob!

We had been procrastinating car shopping for at least a year. A few weeks ago we were in the area and decided to look at a few places just to see if there was anything that would fit out likes and budget. We went to Schumacher on Northlake since it was the closest Buick dealer to our hotel. Cesar Ciceron was the one that greeted us at the lot while we were looking around. We weren’t really even sure if we were going to purchase a car that day but when we saw one that we really liked Cesar made us feel at ease, helped us with information and went above and beyond to make sure that we got the best deal both for the new car and our trade. Petrov in finance was also great and made the paperwork process easy. Overall great experience which is not typical for dealerships.
